Next scheduled processing date is August 3rd

NEXT AVAILABLE DATE TO PURCHASE WILL BE IN AUGUST WHEN THE NEXT ROUND OF PIGS COME IN. 

Please note, we only get 12 at a time and 2 of those are always claimed. 

We sell them in 1/2 and whole options.

1/2 - $450+ processing($100-130)(roughly 75-85lbs packaged meat)

Whole - $675+ processing ($210-250) (roughly 160-175lbs packaged meat)

The reason we don’t add in processing fees is because we send you the butchers website so you can select your cuts and if you want any specialty items such as brats or other smoked sausages

We do have payment plans vs the standard 50% deposit for anyone who would like that option.

We currently do this 2 times each year. We process in July/August and then again in December/January.

We send out a purchase agreement for whatever plan you choose to do. Sometimes come closer to processing date we still have a few of our hogs left to claim. You can call/text/email us if you'd like more information or if you'd like to purchase a hog.
